Ideal location, the hotel was unique and spotless. We liked the room, it was welcoming. Every member of the staff was cordial! The beach there was clean, the property was located adjacent to the shore.

No complaints whatsoever, I had an outstanding stay and will be back. The hotel was deLIGHTful, including wonderful location and staff. The venue was in the heart of San Juan. I stayed in the room that was cleaned and available with a beautiful view and balcony, for example. They had an easy check-in too.

Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

I loved the hotel and its staff, sweet. Lots of fresh food for meals. Bed was lovely, and the room itself was separate. This venue was in a decent area.

Agreeable staff, awesome breakfasts, well-kept rooms. The location was pleasant and my bed was quiet. Loved to hang out in the center, it's a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. I had a superb stay at this absolutely fabulous venue.

It was a very lovely time staying at this charming hotel. I loved that property's lobby was beautiful. Bright, luxurious room with absolutely the most comfortable bed, an expansive view, terrace: )
